Brenda grew up in Tampa, Florida, and spent most of her life as an elite gymnast practicing in the gym or traveling to competitions. After graduating college, she became an elementary teacher teaching 1st, and 3rd grade. After having her 3 girls she started up a preschool so they could come with her to work. After a few years of running the preschool, she found the internet in 2009 and created a successful online business. She has since trained and worked with thousands of entrepreneurs and business owners helping them start and scale their business, while also building a life they love. During 2020 she embraced her passion for personal empowerment, and started the #LifeThriver movement which helps entrepreneurs overcome personal obstacles and thrive in life physically, emotionally, spiritually and financially.
