Hi! My name is Mary Batts and I am the creator of the Zen Zone community and connection that was started through TikTok. The basis behind my work was to authentically be myself and offer a place for people to come and feel safe to be themselves as well. To be able to be introduced to a healing modality to add to their toolbox if what I provided resonated for them. The healing I wanted to offer was everything from life guidance and wisdom I was able to give out from my own past trauma and growth, laughter medicine, and energy work/asmr/hypnotherapy/ meditation therapy as a combo. I think the beauty of this all comes from owning who we each are individually and connecting together as one spiritually and humanly. For as we all heal, we all output beneficial energy to this world .
